I wonder how do I customize the default Webview error page. I tried hundreds of ways and none worked. I have some pages using iframe, when the user runs out of internet or if there is a related issue, I want to prevent this default Webview page from being displayed by exposing the iframe URL.

It can be any kind of solution as long as it prevents Webview from showing the URL that generated the error.
