Is there a way to change the database id?

Is there a way to change the database id so all the requests for {database_id} look at the correct database?

I delete my database and had to create a new one. I used the same naming.
I restored from backup too but that doesn't restore the database.

I need to make the app look at the correct database.

re installing services is not an option.

Never mind I tried for two hours, asked the question then had an idea and figured it out. Opened setting located in service folders.
