The item read loads of late list

I have a list of cities, and the read takes to load data from the company.
When I click the first item it opens the page with the "empty" data
When I open and I click the first item again, it loads the first item
When I click on item 2 or 3 or 4, he is still carrying the item first, then open the page with the item 1.

In conclusion, when I open any item, it is still loading the previous item, the second time when I click on another item, it loads the item that should have opened when I clicked the first time.

Please check the order of events by clicking on the item.
Should be:
1) set LSV;
2) go to another page or call "readservice".
