Projects not loading in Appery tester iOS app

This has been an outstanding issue with my Appery iOS tester app in recent past: none of my projects show up for testing. Things used to be fine in the past, but not any longer. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the iOS tester app, but the projects section shows up as blank. Is this a known issue?
