What is the Status of a new Upcoming Import Wizard that Max is talking about?

We are trying to use a special Cordova 4+ based Plugin that allows for GPS to run in the background.

Max said this is SOON and something is being put into production Soon. Do you know who is working on this Production PLUGIN that uses Gradle?
