MIssing menu item

I am missing the following menu item

App settings Cordova plug-ins

which is referenced in this doc

Any idea why?

I have realised this is because I don't have a v3.0 however when I switch to v3.0 my app doesn't work as it says page not found.

I am also unable to see any reference in the source to the Cordova plugin I've uploaded in the Resources tab.

Hello,

This functionality is added beginning with the new external library version 3.0 (JQM)/ 1.0 (AngularJS) only.
It won't work for previous libraries.
