Can we use Twilio for messaging in the app, Video, images etc? Or is this just a text messaging service?
Or do you know of any messaging service we can use to send text/audio/image/video messaging via an appery app?

Twilio will work with Appery, and will send images. If you send video - you can send the embedded link to the Video.
I have an App on the store that will send images that are stored on the Appery backend.
Here's a screenshot of the UI - and - a Screen Print of the text message - where the image is linked in a Twilio Text.

As an FYI - I'd caution however that storing videos - on the Appery database - is an idea to be 'careful' about - since an excessive number of videos stored on the backend - could increase the cost of running your app (**Appery charges over a specified amount).
