Adavanced tables: table header, fixed columns, table in table

Howto:

  • change background color of table header
  • remove table header (no headr at all)
  • get an fixed first column, similar to header but for first column as vertical header

Thanks for the feedback. It's not possible in the current version. I have added this to our TODO list and have also marked this as Idea/Planned.
