Ok so the list service is on the page show event. so when that page open it must show but it does not show.

1) in mapping you incorrectly fill in acl, please add the code described here https://getsatisfaction.com/apperyio/...
2) also please review your app logic - each time you'll create record on click on Update, but when you open page only one record is shown.
