I tested on Windows 8, Chrome/Firefox -- the file is downloaded with .zip extension.

Btw, The download does not name itself "Project xxxxx" anymore either, but it names the download as the first word in the project name.

I get the same download results when trying from another computer - hence its lightly an appery issue, how do i share it with support ?

alright, i renamed the app to anonymize it due to posting its name in public, and now zip download suddenly works, or have anyone at support fixed something ?

Okay, i have discovered the problem.
After your last update on appery, its an issue if project name contains space's (perhaps other separators aswell..).
If i name the project eg "My App" the export html file is broken, if i name it "My_App" the export file is okay zip file.
This was not an issue before as i had spaces in project name with ok html export.
