Is there a problem with the tester on Chrome?

All of a sudden I can no longer user the tester on Chrome. Everything else (builder, DB, services) are working fine. Just when I try to test the app the first page of the app never loads. I started having this problem about 20 mins ago before that the tester was working fine. I have cleared all my caches in Chrome but it did not help.

I was able to run the tester on Safari, just Chrom has the issue.

Is there a problem with the tester on Chrome?

Hi Greg -

What version of Chrome you are using? Are there any errors in the browser console?

Have you cleared manifest file as described in our docs? -- http://devcenter.appery.io/documentat...

Is there a problem with the tester on Chrome?

Hello Greg,

Yes. Unfortunately some users experience this issue, what may help is upgrading to the latest browser version or usage of incognito mode.
We are working to fix this.

Is there a problem with the tester on Chrome?

I have just fully uninstalled and re-installed chrome and I am still having intermittent problems with the tester. The problems manifest as:

  1. app does not fully load or load at all

  2. when I have breakpoints set after resuming from breakpoint I can no longer interact with the app, I have to close both the tester and builder tab.

What I don't understand is I never experienced this particular issue with tester before. Is this a new issue? What has changed to cause this new problem?

Is there a problem with the tester on Chrome?

I just tried running in incognito window and it did not help. When I resume from a breakpoint in the tester both the tester page and builder page are frozen and not functional.

Is there a problem with the tester on Chrome?

Please suggest some other solution to this issue. I have the latest version of chrome with fresh install and incognito mode does not help. This is preventing me from making any progress in app development as I cannot test/debug the app.

Is there a problem with the tester on Chrome?

Hello Greg,

Could you please check that some 3rd party programs such as antivirus or firewall don't affect to the work of Appery.io?
And the tread is marked as answered if there is at least one reply from an employee.
