why won't it return info?

I know you don't control the SERVICE -- I am making this .
But its not populating my form. I WANT THE VIN, make of the car
model of the car

You should add mapping to service response. Please take a look at our tutorial:

One more thing you can do:

• make Service test;
• If response is ok, than click button "Automatically Create from Sample Response" and add mapping arrows again.
