Issue with white screen on android and push

Hi, i have an issue with an android app. I installed the app on device. I send a push notification to the app. This works fine. I can see the push notification in the status bar. The problem is, when I open the push notification from the status/notification bar, the app opens but only a white screen is displayed. Once i click/tap the screen the normal app view appears, but the push notification is gone (no alert is shown with push message). A friend installed the .apk on his device and has the same issue. I use a Samsung S3 with Android 4.3. I've shared the app with support. Any ideas?

What page have you set as start page? Is it empty?

No, I used this tutorial https://blog.appery.io/2015/08/social.... and created the app from the plugin examples. The login page is set as startpage.

We tested your app on some devices with Android 4.4.4 and it works correctly for us. When the push notification comes, the app opens on the login page. Could you please clarify do you have a possibility to test your app with some other device?
