How do I get the precise value of the mobile container 'content' area? My page has a header and a footer and I am trying to position something in between the header and footer. The width of the object should be available width of the mobile container and the height of the object should be
Available Mobile Container content area - (Header height + Footer height). Please don't lead me to the google maps question on the forum because that page / example does not have header and footer. Mine has header and footer.
