Hi Mark,

You have result "user not found".

So you should debug code to understand what you have this result.

May be you pass incorrect user? Or not have this user in your DB?

Its fixed now,
what its wrong was the SendGrid Side,
I've used the yahoo email and the SendGrid Block the email sending out becuase of the DMARC policy.
What I've done is just change it back to Gmail and all the things solved!
