events dont run on device

Hi
I have some events that run in browser when tested from the builder, but dont when tested on qr code scanned on device, tested in apperyio tester or apk.

The compents are in a collapsable content area, and are hard coded and no service is involved,
events are set storage variable, set property and invoke service.

all work perfectly in browser tester from builder but not on device

app is shared ( this is new build not reskin or rebuild)
app name anglo pizza
id /98e7686b-fef9-4fc6-8f31-f2cef0167ff9

when app opens click green anglo btn
click new order
click pizza
click ham pizza
click first collapsible "ham and mushroom"
click any radiobtn in content area.
it should save and set the text and value on the colapsible header, and invoke a service for checkboxgroup

this seem pretty basic, dont know why it doesnt on device,
can someone have a look?

I tried that, changed radiobtn events to value change.
all works in browser, but not on iphone (qr code scanned)
on iphone it works for first radiobtn only "9 Inch"
events dont fire for 2nd radiobtn "Inch Stuffed crust"
