Chances are you are having the same issue I'm having. My long and drawn out correspondence with support has indicated:

"Unfortunately there are some bugs with proxy. Working to fix..
We are sorry for inconveniences. We'll get back soon."

They go on to say:

"Hello! I'm sorry for delay. We're planning to push a fix this weekend, let me check if proxy fix is included in this update."

I for one cannot use a product that is going to cause my app downtime of a week or more due to a bug they cause.

I'm having the same problem. Enabling proxy still gives me a 401 error when testing on the browser. Hitting "test" in the rest settings, gives me a normal json response.
