Are you able to load it, but not test and edit/save?
I can load it, save it, I just can't test or export it.

No it doesn't, but I found a way to work around it. I made a plugin from my app and created a new project from it and now it works fine.
I have a similar problem with my BlockFacts app that is already being shared. I have not changed any source pages. It happens just with Chrome desktop (not e.g. with Firefox) on my Splash page (and other pages) when attempting to edit JS for the click event on the Log in button - it seems to be in read-only mode. I don't recall it happening prior to today's upgrade. Thanks.

We advice you to clear the cache and try one more time and let us know the result.
