There is definitely some problem with this page, but I've just checked it once more and could change number of items and delete some components. Could you please create a backup of your project and then restore the project from a backup and try to refresh the page after some manipulations?
Do you mean the backup / restore from the Versions tool or a file backup? If file then how do I restore a file backup?
I tried the Versions backup / restore and still not able to delete the list.

I followed the instructions and the new restored version of the app still has the same issues.
I also used a different browser and cleared its cache before opening the newly restored project.
I can add list items but only about 3 times and then it will no longer let me add list items.
There seems to be a problem with the integrity of the database that holds the page structure.
