Hi Anton,
I tested and tried your app on Android (4.4.2) and reproduce the same issue. We are looking for a solution for this and we'll return to you as soon as possible.
Hi Anton,
Try to regenerate both sender ID and API key and check if both of them are enabled or configured based on this link,
http://devcenter.appery.io/tutorials/...
Kindly, let us know about the result.
Yes did that - it's not working.
Anton,
Please find our reply in email.
I'm getting the same MismatchSenderId error when sending push to Android. I've tried recreating senderID and API key, but that did not help. I've also deleted device from db and reinstalled app on device to confirm that device is correctly being registered.
The app id is 1ddfb622-75d2-4ff5-ba13-150aa4f20976 (shared with a href="mailto:support@appery.io" rel="nofollow"support@appery.io/a)
Any help greatly appreciated.
Hi Chris,
If i understand you correctly - you tried to delete device and run app again after you got new line in Devices collection. And this line was with correct values?
If so - please share your DB with us and tell us here it name.
Regards.
Hi Yurii,
Yes. I deleted the device from the db (actually I deleted all devices). I then ran the app and my device immediately reappeared in the database. The data 'looks' correct.
The database is called borraspark_db (database ID 546c9a11e4b05e4a44a5c606) and is shared with a href="mailto:support@appery.io" rel="nofollow"support@appery.io/a.
Thanks for your help.
Any chance of an update on this?
Thanks!
Hi Chris,
Working on it. We'll reply asap, please stay tuned.
