Android version number change will not save.

Hi,

I hope someone can help please.

I'm ready to send an update for my app to Google Play, all I need to do is change the Android version number.

Currently I have version code 4, version name 1.

I'm trying to change it to version code 5, version name 1 but for some reason this is not being saved.

I have tried to make other small changes as well as the version code change and the other changes save, but the version code does not?

Is there a workaround for this please, or can this be investigated as without this change I cannot release the new update to Play.

Hello! Please ensure that version code is integer number and the version name is fractional number. Also there shouldn't be any spaces. Please try again and click Save button. Let us know about the result.

Thanks Marina, still no good.

I tried to change the version code to 5 (i.e. and integer) and the version name to either 1.1 or 0.1 (fraction).

Just wont save.

I just tried to change that options with project backup and directly with your app - it works for me. Could you tell us what exactly happens when you after you click Save button? Also what browser you use?

I'm using Chrome, have done since starting the app.

If I just change the version information, when I click save I do not get the save button showing "saving", it simply looks like a button click.

If I make another change (as well as the version info) when I click save, it shows "saving" but only saves the other change, not the version change.

If I just make the version change, I can click the "back to project list" button and it does not prompt me to save any changes.

I've deleted all the cache from Chrome just in case, it hasn't made any difference.

Thank you for this information. We'll continue researching, for now maybe you want us to change version code and the version name?

One more thing - could you try that with Firefox?
