Button Clicked Check Internet Connection

I would like when a button is clicked to check if their is an internet connection first

If their is an internet connection navigate to page

If no internet connection either show messages please connect to internet or else navigate to a page that tells the user you need to connect to an internet connection any help would be great thanks
