Google Spreadsheet Interface

Hi, I'm trying to develop a mobile application that would be able to read and write data from a Google Spreadsheet document. I, unfortunately do not have the proper programming background to be able to program this on my own. Does this product have some sort of a built in easy to use interface to communicate with Google Spreadsheet and my build app?
