For ios Appery is not updating the app version properly, so each build has version "1". So every time I'm making changes it is not applied to that build
1) http://prntscr.com/9bjis6 - user changes version and makes a build
2) http://prntscr.com/9bjj66 - build were made
3) http://prntscr.com/9bjjq7 - in iTunnes version still the same "1"

Could you clarify have you changed anything on the Source tab?
If you did, these custom changes might cause the build to fail. Try to rollback the custom source changes and try to build the app again. Here is how to rollback custom source change: http://devcenter.appery.io/tutorials/....
