how to communicate between aspx and appery page?

Hello

I have a global variable in appery project (ie. var aspxFlag = '0'), I use iframe to show an aspx page for displaying a chart, when the process in aspx done I need to set aspxFlag = '1' in my appery page, how to accomplish this?
