Warning pop-up when saving REST Service

Hi,

Made a change to a REST Service (the URL) and then hit saved. I got a pop-up warning box saying "NonVisual with this name is already created" and does not allow the save to happen.

Is this a new "feature"? Does this mean I have somewhere a widget or javascript function called the same things as my REST Srevice?

One on of our pages, there was a REST Service that had the same name as the REST Service name in the LHS menu.....
