Newbie mobile programmer question - Database read

Hi All,

I'm web application developer but new to mobile. I'm designing my first app using appery.io for a geolocation app.

I created a collection, QUESTIONS with a column called Question. In the app I have a label called question. How do i link that up so my database question is shown on the label in the app?
