Would like to create a multi-selector tool like the iphone 5 alarm clock

Would like to create a multi-selector tool like the iphone 5 alarm clock where you can select the hour, then the minutes and then the am/pm. Something similar.

First I thought that I could use the carousel for that, but it does not look like it.

Any ideas?
