Can't get app to work except in builder

My app won't run on the tester. Not android. Not iOS. It's
Pulls up after about three minutes and the. Won't navigate past my splash page. I'm still waiting for support to sort it out. I've cleared
The caches on the tablets
That are
Running on Android. Will not work. Only way to test is in builder using the test function where it performs perfectly--but only one person can be logged in at a time. I used to just send a link but that doesn't work anymore

Ok so we have this issue either I have wav files that work and no page navigation in the tester or I use the published qr code and I have navigation and no wav files. I really need to resolve this. Could it be my splash page is from 2014 and the http protocol isn't correct? I'm grasping for straws we have been trying to get our app seen by the client for a month w no luck. Please help. I know you guys can fix this because I cant
