How to change theme in all pages

I changed the project app theme from jqm to ios-like, but I didn't noticed any change in project pages (background color, style...).Is there any way of changing the theme, background color and style in all project pages?

Hello Pasteur - try to select each page idividualy and change swatch as shown here:
