It is showing me Undefined for my SalesForce Query Contact

I have built small app using SalesForce. I have added query services, test it everything works fine. But when I created a page to adiplay, and mapped it it is showing me undefined. It should show my contacts in my page. I have tried it for second to add. It works fine. My URL
