Closing POPUP does not work properly

If there is a Youtube video in a POPUP and you try to close the popup either by clicking off the popup or with a button, you need to click twice. Nothing happens on first click.
Only if there is a video on the popup.

It seems the first click is used on the youtube video. As a workaround, you can use the programable double click here.
