What's the longest time anyone has waited for an App review at Apple ?

Hello,

I've submitted an App to the Apple Store for review. Right now... It's been 21 days... 3 full weeks since I've submitted it to them... And there's been absolutely no movement... They haven't contacted me and when I contact them... They tell me my app is still in review... Since I track Loggins to My app ... I know they're not actively reviewing it... However they insist that they are...

What's the longest time anyone here has waited for an app review? Has anyone ever waited for three weeks? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to expedite or push them nicely?

Hello Bruce,

I am interested in knowing this as we are getting close to launch and my manager has expressed concern in knowing how long this would take. I have researched this and my results are that providing the organization meets certain criteria the time for review should not be that long.

Thanks for the note. I've put about 15 apps through the review process in the last 3 years.

At no time has it taken this long - I've done apps for Individuals, LLC's and Corps - as well as my own apps.

Since this is a productivity app that I've just upgraded from a prior version - it's under my developer ID and I'm a sole prop. That said - last time this app took about 4 days.

In terms of having a DUNS number - is your app for public consumption - or targeted at the org you are working for?

my app is targeted to the public although providing a specific service for a company providing regulated services nationwide.

From what I understand, without a DUNS it does take a while if not required.
