How much longer do I have to wait for my 'priority' support to get responded to? It has been a week since I have asked

It said 8 hours on the website, but it has been 7 days, how much longer do I have to wait?

Perhaps we didn't received your email, could you please specify your email address from which it was sent?

It was through the app, on the right side where it says priority support.
