The sizes indicated (426x320, 470x320, 640x480, 960x720) for the Launch Images in Android Binary are the correct size? or the correct sizes are (320x426, 320x470, 480x640, 740x960) ?

When we upload a 426x320 image Appery.io resizes to 320x460, look at this:
The icon should be a perfect square.

And.....in the Android device (320x480) the launch image is wrong.....
Is there any way to upload the launch image for Android with the correct size (320x460) with Appery.IO?
