Auth0 plugin not fully working

Am able to log in, but getting a lot of host name/cross-domain errors. So, no data shows up on user page. For starters, shouldn't the callback URL have the https: protocol?

In Test the app tutorial section is proposed to Uncheck “Show in mobile frame”.
