How to obfuscate?

How can an APK for Android and an IPA file be obfuscated when a project is exported for Android / iOS? I've used ProGuard in the past for Android but it's not present in the Android source files.

No, the primary reason why we use Apperyio is so we don't have to download/install/learn multiple IDEs.

Hi -

In Appery.io if “Release” box is checked JavaScript assets will be minified (http://devcenter.appery.io/documentat...), unfortunatly we don't have the obfuscate.

Hi Madi - our "Release" builds now obfuscate code by minimizing. On preview - no.

Illya, when I publish my pure HTML5 app, are my code comments included? If so, any plans of not doing so (for privacy and performance reasons)?

Robert - at this moment when you publishing your HTML5 app your code would be obfuscated. But this will be changed in our near hot fix - for web apps publishing only.

I'm sure Appery has its technical reasons for this sad step backwards. To me it's nothing less than a sign of its dwindling support for HTML5 developers.
