not able to restore previous versions and not able to open app project

Sorry I didn't take a screen shot but this was the exact text "You can't switch version right now. The app is opened in another browser window or being edited by another user."

I was using FireFox so I went back to Chrome (not my favorite). I cleared the cookies and all caches and logged in and out but the error persisted.

I finally rebooted and came back later and it worked again.

Is there a known issue with FireFox?
