Ok, I exported, then added items, then when trying to import it tells me that the collection already exists. If I delete the collection and upload new the updated new one. Will i break the connections with my already developed app?

Hi Carmelo,
You can delete the existing collection and re-create it. The existing app functionality won't be broken.
Database ID must not be changed and collection name must be the same.
