ACL in Customer Console

Hi Carlota,

Do you mean Customer Console access in this question? Or access the data from database inside the app?

ACL in Customer Console

Illya
Sorry I have not been very specific in my question. The question is related to Customer Console access.

So let's assume I want to let user1 and user2 access my Customer Console in a very specific way: user1 shall access Collection1 only; and user2 shall access Collection2 only. According to this thread, this is not possible, right?
Thank you in advance!

ACL in Customer Console

Hi Carlota,

Yes, you can not use customer console for these goals.

It's designed to be used by customer(you).

But you can create this logic in your app with ACL field that sets rights(read and write) to certain user. Then only this user can access to this collection.

Regards.
