Mobile popup not working and missing 'button'

Hi Support,

When I added the mobile popup components into the ScreenTemplate, I could't see any button and text field in the component itself??

Also when I want to activate it via 'on Click' event, it didn't show up.

Please try clear browser cache, reload browser and relogin to builder.
Did you change anything on the Source tab?

Hi,

After i tried to clear browser cache still the same issue.
Even thou I tried to put in non-template screen also showing the same issue.

Please try comment all your CSS code in CSS assets with:

*/

Save app and see again.

If you still will have this issue please give us your app public link.

Already disabled the CSS codes but still same behaviour.

You need to hide popup to access the page.
