Hello.
In app was error in js file "uploadcamera ". You use comma instead of semicolon on lines 8,9. I fixed. You can try app on device.

Igor, THANK YOU very much, how the hell did you spot that?? I knew I was close but just missing the target.
As we say in England I couldn't see the wood for the trees! I looked at that code over and over again but still couldn't find that error!
