You may set Dimension in % as well as in px.

Both selected fields on the screen shot above take all kinds of changes applied to html: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/d...
You can change the size of the sliders manually, it is in pixels. For fine-tuning it's better to manually set percentages from the outside block.
