How is the Push Notification event used? No matter what it does not fire

Random employees need not reply anymore, I don't care. Your builder is borked, your documentation is shit. I'll finish my project and eliminate any other brokenness from the Appery App Builder in native code.
This service was supposed to speed things up but all I am ever doing is working around the clunkiness or being asked to share my app with support when I ask for real documentation.
