just to add to Max's comments:
we'll implement CSS as a separate "custom CSS asset" as per your suggestions.
You won't need to use XML to define CSS( it's kinda weird on our part).
Also, with regard to round corners - you can do pretty much anything with JS/CSS, but we'll see if we can expose them as "theme" properties.

Yes! You will be able to use custom CSS and even create a jQuery Mobile swatch and import it into Tiggzi app builder.
