It still fails for me. Btw, the screenshot that you have provided seems to have Tiggzi proxy not selected.
I still get this error - {"status":"403 Forbidden","url":"[url=https://--------","response":"Forbidden]https://--------","response":"Forbidden[/url]"}
And interestingly, I created a new service and it is working fine. Great, a big relief. It was kind of blocked and I was almost ready to go back to my way of php development for this app. Happy now 
You don't need the proxy when testing the service. Only when running from a page and if the service doesn't support cross-domain calls. Can you post screen shot of service Settings, Request and Test tabs?
