I'm sorry you are frustrated. I think a lot of the confusion comes from us not explaining clearly what support actually includes. We will be posting a page that explains.
The support that you get here is how to use the Appery.io platform, how to use various platform features, how to define a REST service, or how to setup your database, etc.
The support doesn't include your custom app logic, unless it's directly related to our tooling. For instance, if you wrote some JavaScript code and it doesn't work, that's outside the scope of our support. Or, if you are using a 3rd party JavaScript library, that's also outside the scope of our support. If you were using Eclipse to build your app, and some custom JavaScript didn't work, it would be your job to debug it.
Having said that, in most cases, we go beyond and above and do help users with custom code problems. There are many examples were we provide fixes and review custom app logic code, and provide solutions. Just look in our forum. At the very least, we will give some guidance on how to solve the problem.
I hope this makes it more clear. As I said, we will post a page where this is all explained in more detail.
We are looking into new plans for next year were we would include app coding support.
