Sorry, I changed some of the labels for my own internal reference. But I made sure the mapping still followed with the tutorial. I have changed the names to match the tutorial for easier troubleshooting now, but the mapping for the list service was OK and did not need to be changed. Any other thoughts on where the issue might be? Thanks again!

Looks like you have right mapping in your project. Everything should work fine. Try deleting one record with wrong values in your DB. This record contains in assets field short string "Label" and in name field long base64 string.
