I too have the same issue. I thought may it was an isolated issue. Guess it's something to do with the files being created for download.

Marina from Tiggzi support got back to me and said that it is a bona fide reproducible bug. That was just over a month ago and I haven't heard about a workaround or fix. Kind of slays my app because my client is on ICS...

We have three Samsung Phones in our Company:

Samsung Galaxy S3 modell: GT-I9300 Android: 4.04: !!Fails!!
Samsung Galaxy Xcover modell: GT-55690 Android: 2.36: OK
Samsung Galaxy S2 modell: GT-19100 Android: 2.35: OK

Too bad that it is the current flagship of Samsung that fails. This phone is extremly popular in Norway right now.

This is related to an Android 3.x to 4.0.4 error when it's working with Cordova and this is fixed in Android 4.1.

the solution is to wait for Android 4.1 is ready for you device.
the workaround is to use Tiggzi's Rendering All Pages To One HTML File:
