I got a new 5S phone and now I can't install the app on this phone, what am I doing wrong?

Confused, which certificate? I have to generate a new certificate after any device I add? Please explain.

Hello Mike, each iOS device is identified by its unique device ID (UDID) that you register and add to a provisioning profile.

Just a NOTE: somebody please check -- I think its the Provision file that needs updating -- not the Certificate. Please please tell people the right thing.

which one is it? when adding a new mobile IOS device?

Hi Mike,

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I mean the following actions.

Open devices setting in https://developer.apple.com/account/i... and see how many devices are already added. Then add the new devices UDID and save that.

Now when you come back to the provisioning profiles you can select all the devices and then press generate. Now you can easily download the updated provisioning profile. You may need the private key.

Then, build the project again using the updated provisioning profile.

Please let us know about the result.
